    Introduction

    This vertical vacuum furnace features a dual-zone structure, designed to deliver precise and stable thermal processing for advanced materials applications. Its chamber is constructed from high-purity alumina polycrystalline fiber, ensuring excellent thermal insulation and minimal heat loss.

    The upper heating zone is equipped with silicon carbide rods, supporting continuous, uninterrupted operation at temperatures up to 1200°C, while the lower zone uses resistance wire (with a quartz tube liner) for reliable heating up to 1100°C. The furnace is controlled via an intuitive touchscreen interface, which enables programmable control of descent stroke and speed, and integrates a 30-segment PID temperature control system for accuracy of ±1°C. A customizable temperature gradient (10–20°C) and adjustable slow descent speed (0.01–2 mm/h) make it ideal for crystal growth processes. It also offers crucible rotation (0–20 r/min) and mechanical vertical movement (0–30 cm/min) to meet diverse experimental requirements.

    The system achieves an ultimate vacuum level of ≤10 Pa (under cold, empty, and purified conditions) using a rotary vane pump + roots pump combination, and can be purged with any inert gas via a dedicated inlet.
